Honeycrisp's platform is one of transparency, simplicity, and efficiency, allowing more income to be returned to its investment partners. Additionally, Honeycrisp commits to investing a meaningful amount of it's own capital into every deal, making them a true partner. Naturally, what is in the best interest of Honeycrisp, will also be in the best interest of our investment partners. Ben Sietsema
Ben began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, steadily increasing his experience and knowledge in the industry until being named Partner at a nationally recognized development company. Throughout his career he has added value to clients and their businesses through his unique vision and ability to breathe new life into dying assets.
Ben has been an active Broker, Manager, and Investor in the real estate industry since graduating from Calvin College in 2010. He takes a hands on approach with all projects, but is primarily responsible for the implementation of investment practices, investor relations, and strategic planning of investment properties.
As the sole owner of Honeycrisp Ventures, LLC, Ben brings a reputation for enhancing the value of neglected properties by utilizing them more effectively and efficiently, which he channels toward strong returns for Honeycrisp’s stakeholders.
Ben is a husband to his beautiful wife Jenna and a father to their three energetic boys: Boden, Fischer and Tucker.
